In the Maximization we tend to get the highest possible value in the feasible region, while in the minimization we go for the lowest.
I agree maximization is finding the largest possible of the value quantity can be and for minimization the opposite of maximization.
Maximization is the process of determining the biggest possible value quantity, whereas Minimization is the contrary of Maximization.
Maximization is largest value quantity while minimization is smallest value
