The null hypothesis states that all group means are equal (no difference between groups).
The null hypothesis in ANOVA states that there are no significant differences between the means of the different groups being compared. Essentially, it assumes that any observed variations in data are due to random chance rather than a real effect of the treatment or condition being tested.
